Victoria 3 doesn't load like that. IIRC, the original V3 loaded in the sitting position, as in the product icon and subsequent updates have loaded standing in the DAZ "neutral" pose, as in my pic. To zero the figure, switch off IK: Figure - Use Inverse Kinematics - uncheck Left Leg and Right Leg. Next, go to Window - Joint Editor and click the Zero Figure button after selecting a body part on V3. Finally, go to Figure - Drop to Floor and you'll have a zeroed V3. May be an idea to save it back out as V3 Zero or some such. Try the same with Posette and see what happens.
