LunarTick - I can't help wondering why you don't get some handyman or machine-shop to make you some kind of little gizmo. It couldn't be too difficult to design something, so that when you wanted to press ctrl you could just lean on something with your elbow. And ctrl, alt, shift, spacebar etc.
