I agree with BastBlack, make use of the alpha channels in Poser. It works in After Effects (i've tried it). There is also an option when rendering the movie (in After Effects) that you must check...I think that it's "+Million Colors" anyway, just look for the plus sign. Then make sure it's an animation file. I did that, and I could then overlay the movie onto another movie/layer.
