Ive had several products where the thumbnail looked all wonky as you've shown (I even had one set that would only show the shrugging guy). I tried using the free P3dO explorer to convert the png's to .rsr's then back to .png's,as some people reported having success doing that. It didn't work at all for me. When I was working on a solution for speeding up the library display, I found a very bad relationship going on between Poser and QuickTime (see link). Breaking the ties between the two, either by uninstalling QT, or renaming the QT plug-in (inside of Poser) gave dramatic results in display time. So what's this got to do with your problem? As an unexpected side effect, ALL my thumbnail display problems also cleared up. No guaranties here, but it couldn't hurt to give it a try. SWAMP
