I would not change settings when it was ok before and does not work on one file. Or is it now going wrong with all Poser imports? I am on Mac and run into problems like that sometimes. On Mac for Poser imports there is an external application necessary. Depending on what the computer does while the import is running (Sometimes i play or surf the Internet etc) it happens that the texture message is lost in communication between the applications. Maybe that is the case here as well. That the texture information is lost in a network stability problem from time to time. Or something like that. It is something that i learned from the old days of networking. Keep applications that have to deal with each other on one disk - even on one partition. I lost several files by saving through networks as well. Applications like Freehand or Photoshop do not like that (sometimes). Or didn't liked it some years ago. Of course only my 2 cents.
