that's probably not a truetype font? i don't know, did you try just Arial or whatever? those squares happen when the software doesn't understand the type (like if it's Chinese or whatever). Comic Sans is a pretty known font, Wings just might have problems with it. You could always make the text in Photoshop and then apply it to the wall mat. without hte need for making it 3d.
