Well copyright is a long winding issue. To use or not to use. In my personal opinion or should I say my limited understanding of the subject.......... anything created by anyone claimed to be mine... is a violation. Beyond that if I use someone elses work to create something of my own version without seeking permission of the original work...... i am a violator. Without giving due credit where due, in respect of free stuff and other share stuff........ it's a violation. To top it all....anything that is not so significant and goes unoticied or even if noticed..... ignored is okay I guess. (even though there is violation).
