I got into the Adobe's User Forum and I was amazed at the quantity of errors and crashes people are getting with Photoshop 6.0. I think that it is a very, very demanding program that if you have the minimum hardware requirements or a little more, you are into a world of suck. My computer seems slugish with Photoshop open and even when is off still seems slower. At the Forum people complain that these errors never happened with Photoshop 5.5. The problem is that some people with less hardware power sometimes have less problems than people with 800mhz and 512 Megs of RAM. Go figure but I think that the new Photoshop does not like older versions of any kind of software. I would hate to upgrade to a wonderful 1gig or 1.2 gig cpu and find out that it does not help.
