Well as long as the hair and clothing are fit to the model, you should make sure that the model and the model only is selected in the scene window to the right of your main viewport then double click on the pose from your library on the right of your viewport. Everything should fall in place. If not then select the piece that is out of alignment and use the x,y, or z translate to align appropiately. Hope this helps.
