The Tailor is great. You also have to go through special steps if you have used scaling on your modified figures like I do. An example of scaling would be if you had changed the x scale dial on the abdomen to 90% or changed the legs to make them longer by using the Y scale on thighs and shins.

You need to copy all scaling from your character to the clothing (from body and body parts). Then you have to go to Edit>Memorize>Figure and save a new cr2 file with your custom scaled clothing. The reason for this is that when an item "conforms" in Poser it reverts to default 100% scaling. Using the Edit>Memorize function will keep new your cusom scaling even after the item is conformed. You also need something like the Tailor to copy your morphs over to the clothing as well.
