I didn't have use limits checked and I was using a pose from the pose library. The pose itself is pretty realistic, I mean I can do the pose myself. I will probably just airbrush it in PS so its not a huge deal. At least I've learned how to avoid this in future poses by checking the use limits. Thanks for all the wonderful feedback!
