ElIS is a model being made by Muu (goes by the name CGCLUB-MUU here at RR). I believe it will be available for Poser eventually but is in beta testing at the moment - before you ask you have to be Japanese to beta test her :( Checkout the rest of his gallery here - he has many more gorgeous models that will never be available for poser or anything else :(
