dB - Yea, it is. The focus is probably right on the straw part that is near her left eye (eye closest to camera). An inch in and her face from her right eye to left would be in focus with background still as soft. Kora -Ummm ... not a moon. It's probably one of two things, either a torch or a street light. Looking at the shape, I'm gonna say street light. And I agree. If I was going to save this image, I would clone out that light as it competes with the subject.
