I was wondering why there was not much mention of Vue in the Bryce forum, now I can see why :) I don't particularly like the practice of claiming superiority over another software, if only because it feeds the idea that it is a good thing to take sides. It doesn't surprise me however from a Software Industry where everybody is the leader in something. To me Bryce and Vue are both tools. Period. Use them as you wish. Use both or chose one over the other if you are more comfortable with it. Claiming one is better than the other feels to me as odd as claiming Camel Hair brushes are better than Synthetic brushes (although I am sure I can find someone who would say that Camel Hair brushes are the best :)). They both serve a purpose. They both have advantages and limitations. They both can do wonder in the right hands :) But I guess it is something too deeply entrenched in people's nature that it is not avoidable. Right now, a lot of people are coming into the Vue forum to claim how superior Carrara is over Vue. You had a perfect example of elitism right here with CGTalk's stance about using Bryce for the Space Opera challenge. What really matters is what you can do with the tools you have. Everything else is secondary.
