Nudity Policy in the MarketPlace The following changes will go into effect Monday, November 22nd, 2004: We will no longer allow nudity to be displayed in the thumbnail, Promo image 1 or externally linked images within your products promotional wording. Promo images 2 and 3 may still contain nudity (except for children and teens). Products currently in the MarketPlace and the pending queue prior to 11/22/04 will be grandfathered in. You do not have to change your images. However, if you want your product to be eligible for promotion in the ROsity Weekly Newsletter (going to 85,000 members) you must edit your product images accordingly. Nudity Guidelines -No nudity includes: no exposed buttocks, no child nudity of any kind. No images in which the characters regardless of age give the appearance of having no clothes. This includes the use of: transparent clothes, blurring of nude areas, or the use blots to cover areas that are otherwise not clothed. -Minimal cleavage exposure. The majority of the female breast must be clothed (at least 80%). -No suggestive or sexual positioning. -No placement of the hands in genital areas including female breasts. -No sexually suggestive language or "Censored" language/images.
