I think I've seen that suggested in some of the other threads on this topic and, at first, I thought that was a pretty good idea but then I thought about it some more and if there are ppl doing whatever they can to get tons of views and votes, do we really think that those ppl (the ones whose presence in the Hot 20 seems to cause the most dissention) would disable the ability for ppl to vote for them? cara
