The ear looks alien. Seems she has two auditory canals. Check out Grey's anatomy book or some medical illustrations for some references. Yahoo search of "ear" and images brought up a bunch of decent examples also. So far the head look interesting. Nose and lips look really good. How ya gunna do eyes? Simple ball or cornea transperancy for more realistic?
