The feature of the automatic update of modified imports is a Pro only feature. So i assume you are talking about 4.54 Pro here. No wonder that you never had problems with it before because it is only introduced in the Pro version. And 4.x Pro is the first one. BTW, it worked fine on my side (Mac version) several times. How long have you waited? Could take a while until the modification is recognised and processed. I will test it again and show the results.
