Netherworks has a P5-MAT-writer utility (look under Freebie Zone>Scripts and Utilities.) You will need to set up the figure first the way you want it, then use the script to create a P5 MAT file, complete with any shader nodes you want to use. There isn't a GUI application I'm aware of which will create P5 MAT poses without setting up the figure first. Although once you have one P5 MAT file, you could search and replace the image names, if you keep all the other values the same...
