What harm can they do? To get a reasonable print for a 4x5 inch postcard, you need 1064x1330 pixels, and not a for the web reduced jpg. They cannot make money from it, so all they can steal is your ego. Which in itself isn't bad as ego stand in the way for real inspiration. You can prevent images from downloading to the cache, you can protect bandwidth but you can never stop screenprints. It is not honest, but in the long run they mainly fool themselves.
