Both programs read and write .obj format files, so yes, all prop-type things can be transferred. There are lots of threads in Pixologic's ZBrushCentral forum about using Zbrush with Poser. The only thing you can't do is expect a complete figure made in Zbrush to pop into poser already "boned". You'd still have to do that part in Poser's setup room; but Zbrush is excellent for making poser morph targets for existing figures.
