Well... To me it seems off-balance as it stands. The centre of focus is almost directly mid-screen, and the the hand just sends my eye straight out of the picture... Initial suggestion: Move the whole view to the left, such that the hand is more-or-less in the middle (L/R - not up/down), then add something that could be a reason for the outstretched hand.. (preferably somewhere in the top RH 3rd of the pic; IE 1/3 from top, 1/3 from left, approx.) EG (trying to think and not doing it very well)... A bird coming down to land on the hand; A lover leaving; A lover arriving (hmm... that might make sense; man being created out of rock reaching for woman being created out of cloud...) (Mind has gone blank, sorry..) But hope that will inspire something... I like the way the textures merge (and the textures themselves, come to that). I think this has potential.
