I don't know where people get this "Steeper learning curve" thing. I'm willing to bet most of us only use the main "Pose" room, and the Materials Room for setting up textures. With that in mind, Poser 5 works pretty much like Poser 4. Except it does have lots of important new features, and just plain looks better. And no BUM bump maps!
