@Khai: It all depends on the particular site. I've got a couple around and Explorer never had 90% there. Still, my point was that such early adopters would certainly switch to a new version as soon as it becomes available. Rare is the program that was really usefull in version 0.1. And it was not called Firefox then. @Jaqui: Proper identification gives any browser away. My Opera identifies as Opera now, but when I had Opera 5, I told it to identify as Explorer*. And it still had "Opera" in the identification string. So it all comes down to the people who do the stats. * And I still get idjits telling me that my "browser doesn't support Javasscript", that they want Explorer and so on. Death to vermin! ** ** Bonus points for identifying the reference. :-)
