yes! students get some great price breaks!
I find PSP8.1 works better then 7 in some aspects, especially resizing individual layers...
they just upgraded me from 8 to 8.1 for free
but I'm not about to shell out more $ for 9...
(which looks good with the added paint mixing pallet)
as far as PS... still working with 7 :P
no way could i afford CS!
