What bothers me so much about Daz's "Bishounen" is they don't know what the f*** a bishounen is. Bishounen mean 'pretty boys', which in the sense are the exact OPPOSITE of the muscular, masculine men that are included in the package.
In Manga (I study the artwork for this more then Anime, but the same applies for either ;) ), the head shape is generally always the same, but its the hair, eyesbrows, clothes, and (sometimes) eyes that define a male as a character.
I haven't yet played around with Aiko yet (though she does have promise), but if you give her a boyish hairstyle, thicker eyebrows (this can be done in texture maps too)and male clothing, she should be able to pull off a 'he' very nicely.
As said above, I don't know what morphs she has, but if you can narrow her eyes a little, and adjust them in general, it will look better. It's not a requirment (like DNAngel sports beautiful huge eyes, but you can still tell Daisuke is a boy), but it may be just what you need to be convincing.
Males are REALLY left out of Poser. There are hundreds and hundreds of clothing for females, and scarce few for males. It's all female hair, eyes, morphs, etc., when there are very little for males. It's no suprise that Millennium Girls came first, and I don't expect a male Aiko to be on his(?) way anytime soon. I really wish there was a good male anime character available. Then I can make my own anime as a 3d cartoon render. Mwahahaha.. EDIT: how could I forget? You'll also have to get rid of the boobs. ;)
