Aha... My Poser is installed in F:Poser4, and I installed Vue to E:Program Files..., so this may be relevant. My system is dual boot, E: is the default Windows 2000 drive for me. I tried a basic installation on my work computer, with everything in the default places (C:Program Files...), and it worked fine. I've tried e-on support already. Their last message was that Vue 5 "might" have fixed this, and I ought to download that instead. :/ Your mileage may vary; I hope so, given that you've paid them actual money. The downloadable version of Vue 4 is a bargain, but I'm unlikely to buy anything unless I can be sure that it's going to work.
