Actually, there were a lot of "is this copyright violation" questions, which some people did attempt to answer. Some people really will try to answer questions, even ones asked sarcastically. Actually the 'true' definition can only be made by the specific holder of any copyrighted material.... That's absolutely correct, but the point is, Renderosity can choose to host or not host anything they want according to their OWN definition, so until the admins cough up an answer, all that can be offered is general copyright/trademark information.
