If you can see it move, you've probably allowed Poser to do an interpolation. Be sure that the moves are sharp, taking exactly one frame. You should set the spline to Linear, then use the keyframe to force the tight move. In this example, the ball will be invisible (way underground) from frame 10 to 20.
