Hey Elfwine! Got your bow for ya. It is a self Yew long bow with a full draw morph (that looks good in partial draws) it is done in the Teuksbury style (rounded on the heart wood side and flattish on the outer wood side. It has Black horn string seats a simple suede wrap handle with arrow rest ensuite. As you know being an long bow archer, the quality that makes Yew great Bow wood is that its outer wood resists stretch and its inner wood resists compression, I did a rather simple texture and did not differentiate between the heart wood and outer wood.. The arrow is fletched with Hawk feathers and the point is a standard medieval broad head. The bow uses a texture map but the arrow is assigned material settings so that the broad head has a nice shine. This also means you can export the arrow as a 3ds object and change the shape of the head. Enjoy (and I would love to see the renders you do with it).
