I know how you feel. I recently purchased the download version of V4. Vue has had my cash since Thursday and I can't use the software until they send me a serial number. I'm a less than satisfied customer. They have done a great job at hiding their email address and put a disclaimer that they probably won't get it. Obviously, they don't get it. Not sure if it is worth sending them an email about their poor practices. I guess that is why people post messages like these at BBS's.
