Seeing as you are using P5, download two python scripts from Ockham, here in the freestuff area. One is called naturaliser, and adds automatic blinks and breathing, etc, and the other is called jiggles, and that does exactly what you are trying to achieve. It also adds momentum and inertia to other extremeties, like ponytails.
