Subject: wings and blender

when i tried importing a wings file in blender it explodes parts arent connected any more does anybody know wich number of wings works with blender?

for some free stuff i made
and for almost daily fotos

have you tried making an Empty and parenting each obj to it? I find it helps as you can rotate the Empty or move it and the whole combined model moves as one.

Hi I'm not suprised at all. It happened with almost all 3D softwares. Each time you import/export you never know how your mesh will end up. Most of the time I have some success between Wings and Blender but not always. It depends on your mesh, on the exporter and of course the importer. The best way and (only way) is to use ONE package like Blender... (a full one) specially if you want to animate. Good luck.

i dwnloaded the newest version and its ok now same plane as in my normal test render what i saw was that wing was seperated from the hull etc.
