Subject: copyright question

Well I mean I dont think you can take a photo that doenst have something that could be copyrighted in it,unless you do landsapes and nudes,lol. I think it comes down to intent,if you intend to make money off the photos or not. It comes down to the company,or individual that owns the rights to as how tough they are. For example, Funimation,that controls most of the anime thats translated here, once shut down a program that was freeware that would allow a fighting game of one of the animes they controlled. No one was making any money off of it,but they worried it would take money away from games they were releasing. Now on the other hand,theirs George Lucas, his motto is that as long as you arnt making money off of Star Wars,you can do what you want with it. He even encourages fan films. I mean its not like you took a picture of mickey mouse and tried to sell them for money or anything.
