looks better, but the cutting edge locks smoothed too. The blade is a two elements mesh now, left side, rigth side. "If you want sharp edges, detach it". So, make the blade a 4 elements mesh : Front left, Back Left, Front Rigth,Back left. Believe me, you have a great mesh. Work on it.
