That's what makes using P5 MAT Writer a pain. You have to go into the Material Room and click on every part you want included in the MAT. I guess it's a P5 limitation, or I'm sure Howard would have found a way around it. :-) So, what advantages does QuickMat have over P5 MAT Writer? And is it easy to edit the resulting MATs, if necessary?
