If you have been moving files and folders around a lot to reorganise Poser, I strongly suggest you defrag your drive. That may help increase speed somewhat. I'm also dubious about the value of multiple Runtimes. I prefer to use one Runtime with nested folders to keep the top level library folders down to a reasonable level. Poser seems to look only at the top level of whatever directory it's in, so you should not notice much of a slowdown when dropping to a deeper level, unless you have a ludicrous amount of subfolders in there.
