How is it "alienating your customers" when they are giving things away for free, don't you need to buy something to be considered a "customer?" It is what they said they wanted, a freebie that is stand alone and doesn't reqire anything to be bought for it, it does pay to be careful what you wish for since you might get it. I guess it's not only bankers that can be Scrooges, maybe lawyers make it even more contagious? I agree with SpiritFoxy, I think she hit the nail on the head "This particular freebie is a very useful one and can definitely be used in a number of different type of renders including victorian themed pictures, possibly a basement where the coal was shuttled into the furnace, or an english scene where coal was prevalent in use, or a gift under the tree for a naughty child. Ever wonder why a lump of coal is in stories regarding being good or bad children? Tis to teach those very children lessons about certain things, like proper behavior, among other things." I suppose it takes some longer more repeatitions to learn than others
