That's a very good Point Judyk. I was asking friends who do live towards the Beaconsfield and Farnham Common areas and they are saying prices are high, but that there are some good deals to be had. High Wycombe is a nice place. On a seasonal note I used to visit (workwise) a place in the Farnham Common area in Cristmas Lane!
