Problem 1 definitely looks like a bug and should be reported to e-on software. Problem 2 is not likely to be a bug (I will check that one out tonight). Remember that DPI (Dot Per Inch) is meaningless when you set your render size in pixels. A render of 1600 by 1200 pixels will always have that size. Now, if you render an image of 10 inches by 5 inches, you need to set your DPI value in order to get an image size in pixels. For example : with 10 inches by 5 inches - at 100 dpi : the rendered image will be 1000 x 500 pixels - at 300 dpi : the rendered image will be 3000 x 1500 pixels
