Starkdog, I was getting the 'No disk in D:' thingy for awhile myself. There may be a statement in one of your files looking for textures on a D: drive. I had picked up some goodies at PoserWorld and some of the clothes had references to a D: drive in them. I edited the files with the proper path statements and everything's good.
