Thanks for the ideas. I heard of a program called crossroads - that converts .dxf into .obj files. I cannot locate the link or site to utilize it though. I did try to reload Elefont - without success. Funny thing - I import some pretty heavy Poser and other models into Bryce - and the program seems to hold it's own during this process.
