Are you sure that you are saving to a PZ3 file? As a test, set up a scene with a couple of characters and props and save. Look at the size of the resulting PZ3 file. It should be roughly a couple of MB in size. I hope this helps. Also, look for Dr. Geep's post about resetting the background. He shows how to reset Poser 5 to factory settings. Perhaps your settings are messed up. Oh yeah, run a check for spyware. I have heard of spyware corrupting different types of files. BTW, what OS are you using??
