Ok..maybe if I be more clear. When a person (You, I, or who ever), is outside, looks at the light the pupil dialates, changing the aspects of the eye itself. Now, with the pic way on post #1. The character is looking outside of the window. Her eyes would have to be balanced with the lighting. The pupils are to big to match the lighting At this angle, you can not see the flaws of the posing. I will show another example, but in the angle where I am seeing it at (The flaws). Will use another character, but same eye textures from above in post #1. This is how it looks and posed before anything to match lighting. Doesn't match lighting.
