On the other hand, I'm in the other camp. To me, Stephanie Petite has odd play-doh-y ribs that won't go away easily, bags under her eyes that don't go away easily, and an oddly long face that's difficult to morph. She's far scrawnier than most of the people I personally know and doesn't look very realistic to me at all. And her feet are oddly large.
I personally have morphs Victoria 3 into ages from 13 to 30+ without major problem. (I will admit the mesh tends to cave under the breasts when they're made smaller, but since the younger characters are always clothed, that's not a huge problem for me personally.)
My suggestion is to look at your work and your projects. Is there something you're trying to do that V3 isn't working for? Is there a Stephanie-only outfit that would be perfect? Is there a character for SP you just love? If you have a specific reason to get her, go for it. If not, why add another character to clothe?
