Batch Rendering is very useful. You don't need to load a file into C, simply switch to the Render room and select the Batch Queue button. Press Add to add a file to the list; you can add only one file if you want, alter render settings if you wish and then press Launch. You can now Pause the render at any time, close C (even switch off your computer) and resume later. This is particularly useful if you are rendering a large scene file or a long animation.
