I don't think there any JP changes (if there were all clothing would need to updated). I don't have the list of chnages in front of me (it's on the forum, and if I log on I'll have to read all the threads that have new posts) but I think the Scale hands, adding (some) expression morphs to the Head (rather than having to inject them) as with more recent characters, and correcting the mis-renaming of the HdPhilipino morph channel are the main changes.
