It's probably not as bad as it looks. A lot of them are probably files you don't even want. P4 MATs if you're a P5 user, or PP MATs if you're P4 user. Leftover files from stuff you deleted. CRPro lets you open Windows Explorer and move/delete files on the spot. Most of my "bad" references were P4 MATs (I'm a P5 user). And it could be that one misplaced file is causing a dozen "unfound references," so you probably don't actually have to change 7,000 references by hand. Don't know about the free version of Correct Reference, but CRPro lets you apply a change to all the MATs calling that file. So if you have an eye pack with 30 eye MATs all calling a bum file, and you need JPGs, fix one, and all of them are fixed.
