Well you can animate short sequences in Poser and then use them to build up to something complex (I personally have trouble rendering anything long, but that probably is just the memory limits of my system) It mostly depends on the way it's designed and put together, since Flash gives a whole lot of flexibility on how the elements can interact, with sounds, video and animations.
