You can also do it with magnets. Select the collar, create magnet, parent magnet to finger. Using the magnet properties, you can make it work on all the figure groups. Might take a few magnets to get what you want but it works great. You will be able to run a finger from neck to hip and have it look real enough. Just try a few time and you will get the hang of it. Sorry I can't show you a test render right now. I have a shade render running and after 4 days it's almost finished, I'm not going to stop it now.LOL
